Account intelligence workflow in a revenue operations workspace

Capabilities

Build a visitor-intelligence workflow with accountable handoffs

Move from observed account activity to a human-reviewed research brief while preserving the difference between event data, company resolution, enrichment, inference, and action.

Three capability layers

01

Resolve account context

Bring approved website events, candidate company identity, geography, and CRM ownership into one evidence record. Anonymous traffic remains anonymous when configured sources cannot support a reliable match.

02

Enrich the buying picture

Add firmographic and technographic context, visited themes, repeat activity, and prior account history. Every meaningful field should retain provenance and a checked time.

03

Route a reviewable brief

Prepare fit, signal, risk, and suggested research questions for an account owner. Nothing is sent, exported, or written back without the configured permission and review gate.

A four-handoff operating sequence

  1. Observe

Collect only approved first-party activity within the declared measurement scope.

  2. Resolve

Compare candidate company evidence and preserve conflicts, gaps, and confidence notes.

  3. Enrich

Join CRM and permitted research context without overwriting authoritative records silently.

  4. Review

Let a person confirm account fit, suppression, relevance, and the appropriate next action.

Operational promise: uncertainty stays visible

Leadfeeder does not promise universal deanonymization, guaranteed pipeline, or automatic compliance. A trustworthy result can be “unknown,” “conflicting,” or “needs review,” with the source and reason attached.

Before rollout, define a labeled evaluation set and record resolution quality separately from business usefulness. Inspect false matches, unresolved sessions, stale CRM ownership, conflicting firmographics, and activity that lacks a meaningful buying theme. Recheck results after source or connector changes, because a workflow that performs well for one region, traffic mix, or account segment may not transfer cleanly to another.

Install without a sales gate

Start with a controlled account-activity sample

Review the package, run it in an approved runtime, grant narrow permissions, and validate the first result before connecting production destinations.
